Fresh Strawberries

I absolutely love fresh strawberries, and these make a perfect light desert. I fill them with my fluffy cream cheese filling. So easy to make. 8oz softened cream cheese, 8oz. powered sugar and a container of cool whip.  Whip all together, put in a piping bag or zip lock back with a corner cut off and squeeze away. The little puff pastry wedges are from one of my favorite stores....Dollar store.
