Thanksgiving Meal in 45 minutes?

thought I better read this article since I will be working Thanksgivng day. I haven't worked Thanksgiving Day since I got out of the foodservice business 21 years ago.  Thankful for a big enough family to help me still get the job done. hope our meal looks as good as this.yummy  however ....thankful I have a job.
