The little Twitter chicks went over well with my new social media group. They weren't on display long.

This week I became part of a exciting new Social media work group. So I thought some of my Cakepops would be a perfect way to end our week of Twitter training. First time making Cakepop chicks, however made them blue to resemble the "Tweet" blue birdie.

Fresh Strawberries

I absolutely love fresh strawberries, and these make a perfect light desert. I fill them with my fluffy cream cheese filling. So easy to make. 8oz softened cream cheese, 8oz. powered sugar and a container of cool whip.  Whip all together, put in a piping bag or zip lock back with a corner cut off and squeeze away. The little puff pastry wedges are from one of my favorite stores....Dollar store.
